Completed 10 session course on Accessible Meditation with the Accessible Yoga School

Completed 8-week course on MBSR, which consisted of 21.5 hours of in-class programming, 7.5 hours of All-Day Mindfulness Practice, and 48 hours of home practice.
2023
4-week course on mindfulness for coping with acute and chronic pain, teaching how a mindfulness practice can bring awareness to automatic reactions to pain and empower skillful responses.

Completed all hours and practicum to be awarded Meditation Teacher certificate in the Meditation for Everyone program with Boston Buddha. It is an extensive study in the history and practice of meditation on both the Vedic and Buddhist sides, as well as dissecting the avalanche of science that is out there that supports this daily mind training practice. Certified to teach in schools, corporations, and privately. This training was led by Andy Kelley, a certified meditation teacher with the Chopra Center and accomplished leader in the field of mindfulness and spirituality.

Graduate of the Integrative Healing Arts Program consisting of academics, theory, and practice in Holistic Healing Arts. Along with 750 of general study, I completed 100-hours Hypnotherapy certificate, 100-hours Life Coaching certificate, and 100-hours Divinity certificate.
2022
Bachelors of Divinity award through submission of coursework through Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. Completed coursework on World Religion, Celebrant Studies, Death & Dying, and Ritual Studies. Ordained Minister in 2022.

Completed the Sound Vibrational Reiki Healing course with Seeds of Change.

Completed all transmissions Reiki 1 (refresher) through Master/Teacher. Master/Teacher awarded in 2021.

Completed all transmissions for Reiki 1 through a full semester of education through North Shore Community College's Holistic Arts Degree Program.
