We're excited to introduce 9D Breathwork to our community - a multi-dimensional experience that uses sound, breath, and intention to support your mind, body, and spirit.
This is a 12-week Breathwork Series. You may participate in all, some, or all sessions in the series, full series attendance is not necessary for admission.
