CRYSTAL & ENERGY 101 — THREE-PART SERIES
Crystal and Energy 101, taught by Jonencia of Mystic Willow, is an approachable, interactive introduction to crystals, how to support your energy centers with crystals, and intentional practice. Participants will explore how crystals are commonly selected, cleansed, cared for, and incorporated into grounding, meditation, and everyday rituals.
The workshop will combine practical education, guided experiential exercises, opportunities to handle and explore different crystals, and time for questions and community conversation. The emphasis will be on helping participants develop their own informed and intentional relationship with crystal tools.
