Kidding Around Children's Yoga with Gabriella, Ages 3 - 7

Join Gabriella Sodano, owner of Conscious Wellness in Charlton, MA, for an all-inclusive Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Program at the Holistic Wellness Collective.

Gabriella has a decade of teaching group instruction experience in Special Education and Behavioral Health, as well as a decade of personal yoga and mindfulness practice.

Children will explore different Yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation methods, accompanied by original music and interactive activities. This class aims to enhance your child's physical strength, flexibility, and mindfulness skills, ensuring they have a great time!

This is the class for 3 - 7 year olds. Please see the 6 pm - 7 pm class for 8 - 12 year olds

$10 for the first child in a household, $5 for each additional child.
