About the event

The Community Cafe brings people of all ages together, featuring engaging topics with coffee and tea from Acoustic Java.


Considering a meditation or mindfulness journey but don't know where to start, or are afraid that you can't meditate due to symptoms of AD(H)D, neurodivergence, trauma, or anxiety? Krystal Linn, owner of Sur-Thrive Wellness, an accessible, trauma-informed holistic practice, will teach you the science behind meditation, help you identify your Window of Tolerance, explain why staying in the moment leads to more happiness, and show you how to create an accessible, sustainable meditation practice with tips and tools.


This event is open to everyone; children are welcome. Join a growing community in Auburn, MA, of folks seeking to learn new skills. Registration is preferred; walk-ins are welcome. $5.00 per person.
