Weekly 30-minute Online Community Meditation
Take time for self-care, calm, and stress reduction with guided meditation. We will explore different meditations, such as metta meditations, body scans, visual guided meditation, manifestation, chakra, introspective, and more.Â
Join through ZOOM to take advantage of our community discussion.

Krystal is a certified meditation guide/teacher, receiving certification from Boston Buddha, a Chopra-affiliated instructor, and completed the UMass University Center for Mindfulness's MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) 8-week course, a Jon Cabot-Zinn program.Â
