About the event

Forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese-developed, mindfulness-based practice of immersing oneself in nature to improve health and reduce stress. It involves slow, purposeful sensory engagement with a natural environment rather than physical exertion, and has been shown to lower blood pressure, reduce stress hormones, and boost immune function. This meditative, immersive walk is led by Krystal Linn, Certified Sylvotherapy Practitioner. This is a one-way walk experience that ends at the Tree House Brewery. Participants are responsible for their own return to the Nature Sanctuary.
