Meet Your Instructor

Krystal Linn

 

Krystal Linn is a certified meditation teacher, mindfulness facilitator, and holistic wellness practitioner with extensive training in mindfulness, meditation, and accessible wellness practices. She holds a Diploma in Integrative Healing Arts from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and is a Certified Meditation Teacher through the Meditation for Everyone program at the Boston Buddha. She has also completed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training through the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness and advanced training in Accessible Meditation through the Accessible Yoga School. 

With more than 20 years of experience in the human services field, Krystal has worked with individuals of all ages and abilities, from preschool children to adults with Down syndrome receiving hospice care. Her experience includes supporting people with a wide range of intellectual, developmental, physical, emotional, and mental health disabilities. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of educational, community, and human service settings, including organizations such as Seven Hills Foundation, Worcester Public Schools, Head Start, and EPIC (Empowering People for Inclusive Communities).

Drawing from both professional training and lived experience as a neurodivergent practitioner, Krystal specializes in creating mindfulness programs that are accessible, trauma-informed, disability-aware, and welcoming to people of all backgrounds and abilities. Her approach emphasizes practical skills that participants can apply in everyday life to support stress management, emotional regulation, resilience, focus, and overall wellbeing.

In addition to her private practice, Krystal develops and facilitates mindfulness programs for schools, libraries, senior centers, community organizations, and workplaces. She has taught meditation and mindfulness to children, teens, adults, older adults, caregivers, educators, nonprofit professionals, and individuals with disabilities. Through her work with Sur-Thrive Wellness and community partners throughout Central Massachusetts, she is committed to making mindfulness approachable, inclusive, and accessible for everyone.
