Krystal set my mind at ease and answered all of my questions during my intake session. I was genuinely appreciative of how knowledgeable she was about her field. She was able to create a shared space for the two of us that was warm and welcoming (no easy task when we are meeting virtually!) and I felt comfortable being open with her.
